Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the structural engineering design and delivery of multiple projects across a variety of sectors.
* Provide technical oversight and mentoring for junior and mid-level engineers.
* Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and clients to develop integrated design solutions.
* Conduct structural analysis, prepare calculations, and produce detailed design drawings and reports.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
* Attend client and design team meetings, site visits, and inspections.
* Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability goals.
* Support business development and contribute to proposals, bids, and presentations.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or related discipline.
* Proven ability to manage and deliver structural engineering design projects.
* Strong understanding of UK design standards, building regulations, and planning procedures.
* Proficient in structural engineering design software such as MasterSeries, Tekla, and AutoCAD.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
