Join our top-performing team in Norwich as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in temporary recruitment within the Business Support sector. This is an opportunity to work with a warm desk and grow your own client base, benefiting from the expertise and robust client relationships established by our long-standing team.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage a warm desk focusing on the temporaries market from Norwich to North Norfolk and around to Lowestoft, currently billing £1,000 per week.
* Develop your own client base to branch away and focus on new accounts, including local councils and car dealerships.
* Learn from the expertise of the Reed Norwich team and gain valuable support to develop your market standing.
* Provide industry-leading recruitment services and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Client/customer-facing experience, sales experience, account management experience, or proven recruitment experience.
* Driven, tenacious, motivated, and ambitious.
* Willing to put in the hard work to achieve results.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
