Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring delivery against KPIs and service levels Monitor call quality and customer interactions to uphold high standards Plan and manage weekly rotas to ensure effective resource coverage Recruit, onboard and train new team members to company standards Motivate and support team members to achieve their full potential Resolve escalated issues and customer complaints effectively Drive continuous improvement initiatives and streamline processes Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure clear communication What You'll Bring Proven experience managing or leading a customer service team Natural leadership qualities — able to coach, motivate, and develop others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong planning, organisation, and workload management abilities A proactive mindset with a keen eye for process improvement Confidence in using systems and interpreting management information (MI) High standards of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail A team-focused, collaborative approach aligned with our core values Ready to Apply?
