Overview
Located in the heart of Brighton's South Lanes, the Orelia boutique is our opportunity to bring the brand to life for our customers, providing not only a first-class shopping experience but also offering a number of complimentary services such as jewellery making, engraving, and events. We are looking for a weekend sales assistant available to work 8 hours over 1 - 2 days, with availability for occasional overtime, who'd like to be part of our expanding team Confidence to engage with our wonderful customers, providing a memorable and positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
* Brand Ambassador – Championing and advocating for the brand
* Customer Service – Friendly and able to promote the brand's image and offer highest standard of customer service in order to create memorable store experiences
* Product Knowledge – Develop a strong understanding of our jewellery, products and services offered in store in order to maximize sales and increase customer loyalty
* Visual Merchandising – With the assistance of store manager and head office, the possibilities to merchandise the store to showcase key preforming products and new collections
* Operations – Complete sales, refunds, and deliveries using shopify platform in store to maintain stock accuracy and ensure customers transactions are accurately fulfilled
* Handle customer enquiries, complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
* Achieve KPI's - Working both individually and with the team to achieve sales targets and various KPI's
* Social Media skills - not essential, but a interest in social media, photography or photoshop, and any event planning skills would be an advantage, as we build the stores presence within the local community and afar.
Valuable Qualities:
* 2 years minimum retail experience in a more luxury environment, or similar customer facing role.
* You have a passion for fashion and jewellery and are always up to date on the latest trends
* You consider yourself creative, and love helping people and creating sales through conversation.
* You love working with like-minded people to collaborate in creating a positive environment for coworkers and customers
* You are outgoing and positive, and inspire the people around you
* You have strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with a range of customers
* You have a natural initiative, and love to ask questions or make suggestions for improvements – everyone has an important voice at Orelia
* You have a willingness to get stuck in and involved in a variety of tasks, in order to strengthen your skill set and support the business
* You will have flexibility and willingness to cover additional hours as per the business needs

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
