About the Role

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week (specific times to be confirmed)
Duration
1 year and 8 months
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for IT queries
Assist with installing and configuring hardware and software
Help maintain network systems and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Monitor system performance and update IT records
Support cybersecurity practices and data protection compliance
Assist with system upgrades and new technology implementation
Maintain accurate documentation and asset registers
Provide administrative support for IT projects
Entry Requirements
GCSE English Language at grade 4/C or above
GCSE Mathematics at grade 3/D or above
Basic understanding of IT systems and technology
Interest in IT, networking, and technical problem-solving
(Additional qualifications or prior experience in IT are a bonus. The apprenticeship can be adapted to your skill level.)
