This well-known Agency in Manchester is looking for a Head of Social to join them. This role would suit a Senior Social Media Manager looking to take the next step, or a current Head of Social where you'll be in a leadership-track position.
We are looking for someone who is strong across both Social and Content, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram.
The Role:
As Head of Social, you’ll lead and oversee this agency's social delivery, ensuring excellence through others:
* Manage the social team, ensuring content meets the highest creative and strategic standards.
* Oversee content calendars for your clients as well as campaigns and reporting
* Build and retain strong relationships with your clients, ensuring you become a trusted and knowledgeable partner
* Uphold and set standards by reviewing output and ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and cultural relevance.
* Translate performance data into strategic recommendations and share insights with clients.
* Bring fresh, relevant ideas that align to client goals and broader social trends.
* Contribute to agency leadership conversations, growth decisions, and internal standards.
