Deputy Manager, you will be the face of the pub for every guest that walks
through our door so we're looking for a team member who enjoy working with

Your role
and key responsibilities:
*
Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.
*
Support and supervise front-of-house and bar staff.
*
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene
regulations.
*
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and
efficiently.
*
Maintain stock levels and place orders as required.
*
Assist with cash handling and end-of-day banking procedures.
*
Train and onboard new staff members.
*
Help create a welcoming, positive environment for both staff and
customers.
*
Step in for the General Manager as needed.
* Opening
and closing the Pub.
You'll be
responsible for taking orders, serving excellent quality food and a great range
of drinks.
You'll lead
the team on shift to create a friendly, buzzing atmosphere our guests will
enjoy.
You'll
ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance with licensing
law and money handling procedures.
