Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Private Nursery Onsite at Mainstream Primary School
A brand-new private nursery is opening onsite at a mainstream primary school in Bexley, South-East London, and we are looking for a qualified and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP) to join our first team. This full-time, permanent role starting in September 2026 is a fantastic opportunity to bring your skills and expertise to a brand-new setting and help shape the early years provision from the very beginning.

About the role
1. Deliver high-quality EYFS learning experiences for children aged 0–5
2. Support children’s development across all areas, including social, emotional, and cognitive skills
3. Assist with daily routines, planning, and assessment under the nursery leadership team
4. Build strong relationships with children and parents to support wellbeing and learning
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an inclusive, safe, and engaging environment

Who we are looking for
12. Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP)
13. Proven nursery experience in a Level 3 role
14. Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development
15. Excellent communication skills and team-working abilities
16. Patient, proactive, and committed to children’s learning and wellbeing
