Based in Sheffield, our established IC Design client has an opportunity for an Analog IC Design Engineer to join their team. Join a successful silicon design company with a busy project pipeline – close to the beautiful Peak District!
This is a great opportunity for an Analog IC Design Engineer looking for the next step in their career. The role will involve working on a wide range of interesting and challenging design projects.
Working with experienced, senior Analog IC Designers, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Design and simulation of Analog/Mixed Signal and/or RF IC blocks – e.g. references, amps, filters, ADC/DACs, synthesizer building blocks, VCOs, LNAs, Mixers, PA, power management
* Full involvement in circuit design flow from definition and specification to production/IP delivery
* Top level IC/SoC RF/Analog/Mixed Signal performance and functional verification
* Working with marketing and customers
The right candidate will be:
* University degree-qualified in Electronic Engineering or Microelectronics
* Experienced within Analog/Mixed-Signal and/or RF IC Design, ideally with several years’ of experience within industry, however our client is open on experience level for the right person
* Highly motivated, keen to work within a small team of experienced Analog IC and RF IC Designers
* A great communicator
* Eligible to work in the UK
