Title: Recreation Summer Counselor

Hiring Range: $15.30 - $16.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
* Lead fun activities like sports, arts & crafts, swimming, hiking, and team challenges.
* Inspire, mentor, and encourage campers to make friends, try new things, and build confidence.
* Keep safety a top priority while ensuring every camper is engaged and having a great time.
* Be a role model—demonstrate teamwork, respect, and enthusiasm every single day!
* Help resolve conflicts and provide support to campers with patience and positivity.
* Working alongside an awesome team to create a summer experience campers will never forget!
What We’re Looking For
* Must be at least 16 years old
* Passion for working with kids and making summer amazing!
* Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to be active outdoors in all kinds of weather.
* CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
* A positive, adaptable, and teamwork-driven attitude.
Bonus Skills
* Experience with arts, drama, music, or sports.
* Outdoor adventure skills.
* Previous experience in a camp, recreation, or educational setting.
