Overview

Zimpli Kids are pioneers in the kids’ bath and sensory play category. We are looking to hire an experienced Key Account Manager to join our successful team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers in the UK & Ireland, increasing the customer base, driving sales growth and identifying new opportunities.

At Zimpli Kids, we design and manufacture unique and innovative children’s bath and sensory play products. We strive to create fun ‘Just Add Water’ products that safely enhance bath time and sensory play experiences.

We manufacture most of our products in our UK factory and currently distribute to over 40 countries worldwide.


Responsibilities

* Building and efficiently maintaining strong relationships with key national accounts
* Seeking out and identifying new business opportunities and developing them into profitable, sustainable relationships
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving profitable revenue growth and increasing market share
* Negotiating contracts and pricing with key national accounts
* Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and industry developments
* Attending UK and international tradeshows
* Effectively communicating and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
* Tracking and evaluating sales metrics and suggesting actions to improve performance


Qualifications

* Confident and friendly face-to-face and telephone manner
* Passion for business development and attracting new customers
* Articulate with strong presentation and negotiation skills
* Excellent customer experience with strong written and verbal communication
* Strong analytical, negotiation and organisational skills with attention to detail
* Strong business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
* Ability to travel as required

* Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year, depending on experience
* Additional pay: Commission pay
* Schedule: Monday to Friday
* Experience: Sales: 3 years (preferred)
* Work Location: Hybrid in Blackburn BB6 7XE
