Be Yourself – Be a Bold Team Player – Be Leonardo. As a Receptionist you’ll be a face of the hotel, bringing a warm and friendly personality to work every day. You’ll be stepping into a busy role as part of a vibrant team, acting as an ambassador for the hotel as the first person our guests meet. You’ll organise all aspects of the check-in and check-out processes and offer guests the real 5-star treatment.
Responsibilities
Provide a welcoming first impression and support guests throughout their stay. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front desk operations and guest satisfaction.
