Dispute Resolution Solicitor – NQ+
A leading Scottish law firm is seeking talented dispute resolution Solicitors to join its expanding Litigation team based in Edinburgh. This opportunity is open to Solicitors at all experience levels - from NQ to experienced lawyers, who wish to work on high-profile commercial and public sector disputes across Scotland.
About the Role

* Join one of Scotland’s largest and most highly regarded Litigation teams
* Work on a broad range of commercial and public sector disputes, including complex cases in the Court of Session, Sheriff Court and Supreme Court appeals
* Focus primarily on public sector litigation involving advising on legislation, statutory interpretation and the powers and duties of public bodies
* Represent clients in Judicial Reviews, Appeals and public inquiries
* Manage a varied and challenging workload with tight court deadlines

Candidate Profile:
\n
* Solicitors from NQ+ with an interest in dispute resolution and public law
* Client-focused self-starters who are organised, detail-oriented and able to prioritise effectively
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced legal environment
* Experience in public and administrative law preferred but not essential
