Responsibilities
(but not limited ro)
1. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for industrial construction projects
2. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents
3. Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather essential cost data
4. Produce tender submissions
What We’re Looking For
5. Proven experience estimating industrial projects
6. Strong background in steel frames, concrete cladding, and industrial new-builds
7. Ability to work from technical drawings and provide accurate cost breakdowns
8. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of modern industrial construction methods
9. Excellent communication, numeracy, and IT skills
10. Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
11. Industrial background - Sheds/High rise/ Student accom/ New build/Refurb and more
