We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Document Controller to join our team on a long-term contract based in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure stable work through to early 2027 within a professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, track, and maintain project documentation in line with company procedures
* Ensure all documents are correctly filed, version-controlled, and easily accessible
* Distribute updated documents to relevant teams and stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records for audits, compliance, and reporting purposes
* Support project teams with document queries and submissions
* Work with digital document management systems
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Document Controller or similar administrative role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident using document management systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Good communication and teamwork skills
