We're looking for an Infrastructure Team Manager to lead our Second Line Support and Infrastructure function in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance operational excellence, strategic thinking, and people leadership-while keeping critical systems running, secure, and future-ready. You'll own the end-user technology landscape, drive infrastructure strategy, manage budgets and vendors, and lead a high-performing team supporting both IT and OT environments.
