Hospitality Division
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our client’s busy kitchen team.
Within this role the additional duties offer the chance for you to learn all aspects of the kitchen.
The position will consist of Wednesday to Sunday with split shifts Wednesday to Saturday 10:00-15:00 and 18:00-21:30 and 09:30-17:00 on Sunday.
Duties of the Commis Chef:
• Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area.
• Sanitising and cleaning utensils and equipment.
• Washing all dishes, pots and pans.
• Support the kitchen staff with food preparation and plating food.
• Food preparation.
• Starter and desserts.
• Any additional adhoc tasks as requested.
Personal Attributes:
• Have a passion for food and experience in hospitality.
• Be keen to learn about cooking processes and operations.
• Work well in fast-paced environments.
• Show good attention to detail and maintain high levels of hygiene.
• Flexibility on working hours, be able to work weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
• Strong team player.
• Due to the location, you must have access to your own transport.

This position is paying up to £28,000 per annum plus tips of up to £5,000.
