Management Accountant £50,000 - £60,000 DOE Near Northampton Hybrid Purpose of the role Provide comprehensive management accounting support, including preparing monthly accounts, monitoring financial performance, producing key reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key responsibilities Oversee smooth month-end close processes. Prepare monthly financial results and detailed cost analysis against budgets and prior periods. Support budget preparation and financial forecasting. Assist with year-end audits and statutory reporting. Produce and submit VAT and other compliance returns. Maintain cash flow reports and monitor currency positions. Support debt management and reconciliations. Manage intercompany reporting and balance sheet reconciliations. Drive process improvements within the finance function. Contribute to ad hoc projects as required.
