The Role
As Sales Manager, you will:
* Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets.
* Drive retention and growth of all major education accounts.
* Support KAMs with account management, bids, and presentations.
* Ensure effective business planning and implementation across key accounts.
* Win new customers through proactive business development.
* Provide accurate reporting and manage credit/payment issues.
