Are you passionate about the arts and skilled at inspiring children through creativity? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Creative Arts Teaching Assistant to bring energy, imagination, and confidence into the classroom.
This role is perfect for someone who can combine a love for art, drama, music, or creative expression with experience working with children. You’ll be supporting pupils to learn in fun, imaginative ways while helping the teacher to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting children in class through creative and artistic activities
* Using art, drama, music, and play to bring lessons to life
* Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils who need extra encouragement
* Assisting with literacy and numeracy through creative learning approaches
* Helping to boost children’s confidence, social skills, and emotional development
* Creating exciting displays and resources to showcase pupils’ work
* Promoting inclusion and ensuring all children feel valued and inspired

What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children (school, nursery, youth work, mentoring, creative clubs etc.)
* A passion for creativity — whether in art, drama, music, or design
* Confidence, initiative, and the ability to engage children in imaginative ways
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A positive role model who encourages children to express themselves

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
