About the role
Alder Close Supported Living & Respite is based in the town of March and supports adults with a learning disability to live within supported living accommodation.
The role of Support Worker is to enable adults with a disability to live
as independently as possible and to enjoy lifestyles they choose to. We support and empower individuals to enhance the quality of their life, maximise potential and to continue to promote and develop independence skills within their home or whilst staying at Respite.

About you
You will need to have a proficient level of written and spoken English and good IT skills for the purposes of case recording and to enable you to work towards further qualifications in Health and Social Care.
You will not need to have previous experience of supporting a person with a disability as training will be provided for the right candidate, however you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will have the ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion, Mental Capacity Act as well as the need for safety and confidentiality in the role.
Interviews will be held week commencing 12th January 2026.
