Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready for a new opportunity this September? Aspire People are looking to recruit reliable and skilled HLTAs to work across primary schools in the Rugby area, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
If you have a strong understanding of the EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum, and you're confident stepping into the classroom to lead learning when required, we want to hear from you.
What We're Looking For:
Recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent school-based experience
Minimum of 2 years UK classroom experience
Confident supporting across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
Two years of references
Completion (or willingness to complete) a safeguarding course
