Qualifications
* BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent (or p401/p402/p403/p404/p404 or s301 CCP)
* Successful work history as an Asbestos Surveyor
* Exceptional industry knowledge, including HSG 264 guidelines
* Strong IT and literacy skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Diligent and professional
Responsibilities
* Work across various premises: commercial, domestic, industrial, public sector, and local authority
* Collect and log ACM samples
* Complete management, demolition, and refurbishment asbestos surveys
* Produce detailed technical reports for clients
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients
* Wear PPE at all times
* Carry out re-inspection surveys
