Top 4 Retailer National Account Manager

A unique opportunity has arisen to join the commercial team as a National Account Manager responsible for Branded products. The role is based at our head office.

Main Responsibilities:
* Be an inspirational leader by demonstrating the 3E's behaviours consistently and increasing internal networks.
* Build and execute a structured approach to developing and delivering a new business pipeline focusing on the opportunities that will make the most material difference.
* Consistently demonstrate the best on class negotiation to develop existing accounts in a manner that is commercially sustainable.
* Develop world Class Customer relationships demonstrating the benefits of Müller over and above price.
* Develop your people management skills, by working effectively with your immediate team and support functions
* Be a customer and category expert, bringing that knowledge into the Müller business
* Ensure back of house internal and external admin/reporting is accurate
* Internal management of all support functions across Supply Chain, Marketing, Category and Controlling to ensure efficient management of the customer internally and externally

Key Requirements:
* Being passionate about the Müller brand and excite and educate our customers of the potential and opportunity our brand unlocks in the category
* Positively challenge the status quo with well-structured ideas and improvements
* Creativity to maximise the commercial delivery of our brands performance
* Desire to grow and understand the commercial strategy and commercial structure of the different customers / channels that we operate in
* Resilience to keep going when facing constant challenges
* Being an authentic inspirational leader which energises, expects and encourages high performance
* Supportive to the business to ensure all functions internally improve performance for the greater good of the business as a hole
* Compelling storyteller, who can sell an idea or opportunity with well-structured arguments and positivity about the outcome
