Fleet Administrator (Compliance)

Milton Keynes (Hybrid)


Are you a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same? We are a leading, private-equity-backed infrastructure specialist with a nationwide footprint, and we are looking for a resilient professional to take full ownership of our HGV fleet compliance.


This isn't a role for someone looking for a \"quiet life\" or a regimented, predictable routine. We are undergoing a significant professionalisation journey, and we need someone with the \"muck in\" attitude required to help us reach the next level.


The Role Based in our Milton Keynes office, you will be the guardian of our specialist HGV fleet’s legal standing. You won’t just be following a checklist; you will be driving the strategy to ensure every vehicle is safe and road ready.

* Own the Compliance Space: Manage all documentation for MOTs, Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs), and O-licenses.
* Proactive Coordination: Chase depots across 36 sites to ensure adherence to service schedules and paperwork.
* Data Integrity: Maintain accurate HGV service calendars and update fleet KPIs monthly.
* Stakeholder Management: Confidently challenge depot managers and internal teams to ensure 100% adherence to safety and legal standards.
