The Field Care Supervisor role offers potential for future career progression within the company.

Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring compliance documents are completed and maintained.
2. Conducting assessments and creating care plans with new service users and their families, identifying needs and setting goals.
3. Identifying training needs and providing coaching.
4. Maintaining CQC standards through spot checks.
5. Monitoring medication management via MARS system.
6. Providing emergency care cover when needed.
7. Ensuring accurate reporting and effective communication within the company.
8. Liaising with Care Coordinators, completing risk assessments and RIDDOR reports as required.
9. Attending customer reviews and maintaining clear communication with families.
About you:
* Warm, charismatic, and friendly personality.
* Supportive of care staff to improve client care.
* Ability to drive and access to a car; previous domiciliary care experience preferred.
* Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to complete.
* Full UK Driving license and access to own vehicle.
The role involves working weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.
