A leading global investment firm looking to build out their EMEA Middle Office/ Operations team. This function plays a central role in supporting the full trade lifecycle across a broad range of asset classes, ensuring accuracy, control, and efficiency across daily processes.

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
thailand.comManage trade validation, maintenance, affirmation, settlement, and reconciliation across multiple asset types
* Perform daily position and cash reconciliations to support accurate risk and PnL reporting
* Execute T+0 trade affirmation via Traiana, Markitwire, Omgeo CTM, ICE Link, and other industry utilities
* Process corporate actions, option exercises, OTC credit events, and lifecycle events with urgency and accuracy
* Handle ad-hoc requests and support business functions in a fast-moving environment
* Identify control gaps, propose enhancements, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement operational improvements
* 3-9 years of middle/back-office experience within a buy-side environment
* Strong exposure to trade processing, collateral, confirmations, settlements, cash & position reconciliations
* Demonstrated experience supporting process optimization and new business initiatives
* Product knowledge preferred across: Equities, Equity Swaps/CFDs, Futures & Options (cleared), Bonds, CDS, IRS, FX Spot/Forwards, Commodities and newer instrument types
* Comfortable operating in a high-volume, high-standards environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and cross-team coordination
* Competent with operational technology including Excel and industry utilities such as Traiana, Markitwire, Omgeo, Northern Trust Passport, Bloomberg
