CRM Campaign Manager (Contract) 3-4 Month project offered as a monthly rolling contract Up to £360 per day (Outside IR35) DOE Remote - must be UK Based, occasional visits to Bristol office a plus Were working with a leading marketing agency undergoing a period of rapid growth, driven by an influx of new client wins and major campaign activity. With several exciting projects in motion - including a high-profile brand campaign and a new account launching in November - theyre looking to bring on board an experienced Senior CRM Campaign Manager with strong Braze expertise to support their busy CRM function. The Role This is a hands-on delivery role where youll take ownership of building, testing, and optimising multi-channel CRM and lifecycle campaigns, primarily within Braze, with occasional exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Youll work closely with internal strategy, data, and creative teams, as well as client stakeholders, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to spec, and to a consistently high standard. Key Responsibilities Build and deploy CRM and lifecycle campaigns in Braze (and occasionally SFMC). Support clients through campaign setup, QA and reporting, ensuring seamless execution. Collaborate with strategy, data, and creative teams to deliver engaging and effective customer journeys. Manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong client relationships. Troubleshoot campaign issues and uphold best practices across workflows and automation. Skills & Experience Certified Braze Expert (key), with extensive hands-on experience in campaign building and automation. Deep understanding of CRM workflows, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing principles. Excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to clients and non-technical audiences. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong plus, particularly around integration or migration work. Confident managing multiple workstreams independently within a fast-paced agency environment.
