As Bartender you will:
20. Gain an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, speciality drinks and food menu
21. Prepare orders at the highest quality level
22. Engage with guests, get to know our regulars and learn to anticipate their needs
23. Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
24. Works with the kitchen and F&B teams
25. Use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests a unique experience
Our most successful Bartender has:
26. A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
27. Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment
28. Excellent communication skills
29. Excellent service skills
30. Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests

This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights.
