Job Description
* Supervise and monitor all accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.
* Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Review and verify financial statements and reports in compliance with corporate and local standards.
* Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with Accor standards and local regulations.
* Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
* Support the Director of Finance in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering development and accuracy.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in finance or accounting.
* Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and local accounting standards.
* Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* High attention to detail, integrity, and strong organizational skills.
* Must be fluent in Thai, both spoken and written.
* Good command of English communication is a plus.
