We’re looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to join us at a pivotal stage in our growth journey. The role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy and is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing business.
You’ll work closely with the founder to drive new business and take the lead in turning high-potential leads into long-term clients. This role is a chance to have real impact and influence, with uncapped commission and unlimited opportunity to grow alongside the business. A substantial option pool equity is also available based on performance.
We’re after a doer - someone who genuinely enjoys the thrill of the sales process, builds meaningful relationships with ease, excels at closing deals and takes pride in delivering results.
What you’ll be doing:
* Identifying and engaging prospective clients in key sectors including workplace, hospitality, marketing, and events
* Managing leads throughout the full sales cycle from prospecting to account management
* Representing CakeDrop with energy, personality, and integrity
* Contributing to our commercial growth strategy alongside the founder
What we’re looking for:
* Proven B2B sales experience and a strong track record
* Proactive and self-motivated, with a true love of the sales craft
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Personable, professional, and commercially savvy
* Comfortable using CRM tools to manage and report on pipeline
* Networks within HR, Office Management, Hospitality or Events sectors are a bonus
