An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a large, well-established property department within a highly respected regional law firm in West Yorkshire. Known for its expertise and exceptional client care, the firm has enjoyed significant financial success in recent years and is now looking to expand its team at the Bingley branch.
You'll be joining a multi-office firm with an excellent reputation, working alongside some of the most experienced solicitors in the region. This is an ideal role for a motivated conveyancer seeking long-term career development and clear progression opportunities.

The Role:
You will manage a busy caseload of residential sale and purchase transactions, handling files from instruction through to completion.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in freehold and leasehold conveyancing matters
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong client relationship skills, with the drive to build and maintain a loyal client base
* Commitment to providing a first-class, client-focused service throughout the conveyancing process
