Job Description We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team based in Ashford, England. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely, meeting industry standards and customer expectations. Your day-to-day activities will include diagnosing system faults, performing preventative maintenance, responding to emergency call-outs, and providing technical advice to clients. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, manage your time effectively across multiple sites, and uphold the highest standards of health and safety on every job. Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, and maintain air conditioning units and systems in various settings Diagnose faults and troubleshoot system malfunctions using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques Perform routine servicing, repairs, and component replacements to ensure optimal system performance Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and provide rapid fault resolution Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards Maintain detailed records of work completed, parts used, and system performance data Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients regarding system operation and maintenance Work safely at heights and in confined spaces when required, adhering to all health and safety protocols Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to complete complex installations and large-scale projects Keep up to date with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in air conditioning systems Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who possess a strong technical foundation in air conditioning systems and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
