What Youll Be DoingAs our Community & Safety Manager, youll:
1. Lead and inspire a team of 56 ASB Case Managers
2. Champion early intervention and customer-focused case resolution
3. Own and evolve our ASB policy, toolkit, and communications strategy
4. Collaborate across Paradigm and with external partners (police, local authorities, health services)
5. Use data and insight to shape service improvements and reduce ASB
