Your new role- Boiler Servicing
- Appliances
- Breakdowns
- Repairs
- Heating
- Recording all works onto a PDA
- Providing a high standard of service to all tenants and customers
What you'll need to succeedEssential:• Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (recognised Gas trade qualification).
• Qualified to work with central heating, water heaters, cookers, pipe work, unvented hot water, (formally ACOPS 1-14)
.• Qualified Gas Safety Engineer (CCN1) – Install,mission, Service, Safety Check for Natural Gas and LPG and appropriate CSCS card.
