About The Role
As part of our front-of-house team, you'll create exceptional dining experiences for every guest. From welcoming arrivals to serving food and drinks, you'll be the friendly face of La Cabra.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
* Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
* Share menu knowledge, promote specials, and upsell items.
* Maintain clean, well-presented tables and service areas.
* Process payments efficiently and accurately.
* Support colleagues during busy service periods and events.
Skills & Experience
* Previous waiting/restaurant experience preferred but not essential (training provided).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work well in a busy service environment.
