Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Business Support Officer to join Kirklees Council's Asset Management Team on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: * Triaging incoming calls and correspondence regarding DMC issues in Council properties. * Raising repair jobs with contractors and coordinating follow-ups. * Sending out written communications and guidance to residents. * Conducting satisfaction surveys with tenants following interventions. * Updating and maintaining property and customer records with accuracy. * Scheduling surveys and appointments; managing data flow and validation. * Producing documentation using Microsoft Office (letters, spreadsheets, reports). * Supporting meetings through note-taking and logistical assistance. * Liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a hybrid environment. * Experience in handling customer enquiries, particularly sensitive housing issues. * Strong IT proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office and data entry. * A professional, customer-focused attitude and keen attention to detail.
