Care Assistant Benefits:
1. Excellent pay rates - from £12.30 to £12.75 per hour, double time bank holiday enhanced rates.
2. Types of hours available - From 16hrs+ available.
3. Minimum 1 hour calls– so you have the time needed with the client.
4. Area - visits based in one post-code area so less travel for care professionals.

Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a companion is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
10. Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
11. Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
12. Accompanying to appointments or shopping
13. Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
Qualifications
No qualifications are needed. Care experience is welcomed but not essential.
