About Our Opportunity We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving insight, performance improvement and smarter decision-making across the business. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, operations and commercial strategy. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to turn complex information into clear insight that improves efficiency, profitability and long-term performance. Alongside hands-on analytical work, you’ll also help shape and develop our business analysis capability as the function continues to evolve. What You Will Be Doing In this role, you’ll lead analytical activity across multiple business areas, helping to identify performance gaps, improvement opportunities and efficiency gains. You’ll design and deliver reporting, dashboards and KPIs that provide clear, actionable insight for senior leaders and operational teams. You’ll support business change and improvement initiatives by translating business needs into practical analytical solutions, working closely with colleagues in operations, commercial and technology teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping how data is used to support strategic decision-making, performance management and continuous improvement. As a senior member of the team, you’ll mentor and support other analysts, helping to raise capability, standards and consistency across the function. You’ll also engage regularly with stakeholders to understand priorities, communicate insight clearly, and ensure analysis is aligned to business objectives. About You You’re an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytical capability and a commercial mindset. You’re comfortable working with data, building insight and using analysis to influence decisions at both operational and senior leadership level. You’re confident engaging with stakeholders, translating complex information into clear recommendations, and supporting change in fast-paced environments. You enjoy improving how businesses use data, processes and insight to perform better, and you’re motivated by the opportunity to make a visible impact. You’ll bring experience in business analysis, reporting or business intelligence, along with strong communication skills and a collaborative, improvement-focused mindset. Leadership or mentoring experience would be an advantage.
