Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 DOE

The Role

We are seeking a superstar B2B Partner Marketing Manager to join the most exciting global technology company, based in the heart of London. Reporting to the International Marketing Director, the contract role is an exciting opportunity for someone who has at least 6 years of digital marketing under their belt and wants to take on a hybrid strategic & implementation role for owning Digital Marketing across EMEA and APAC regions.


Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Partner Marketing Manager to support and grow our international partner marketing efforts across EMEA and APAC. This role will focus on executing co-marketing initiatives, strengthening partner engagement, and contributing to pipeline growth through strategic marketing programs. You’ll work closely with regional sales, global marketing, and partner teams to deliver impactful campaigns and events.


Key Responsibilities


Partner Marketing Execution

Support the development and delivery of regional partner marketing plans aligned with sales goals and brand strategy.

Partner Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, identifying joint marketing opportunities and supporting partner advocacy.

Campaigns & Events

Coordinate and execute joint campaigns, digital initiatives, and partner events tailored to regional needs.

Sales Collaboration

Work with sales teams to support partner-led pipeline generation through enablement materials and lead-generation programs.

Marketing Development Funds (MDF)

Assist in managing MDF budgets and tracking ROI, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities.

Partner Tools & Platforms

Support the use and optimization of partner platforms for onboarding, content sharing, and campaign execution.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.



Requirements

* 6+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing, ideally within international markets.
* Experience executing co-marketing campaigns and working with partner ecosystems.
* Familiarity with EMEA and APAC business environments and cultural nuances.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
* Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or enterprise software is preferred.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
