What you will do:
* Manage a complex caseload, including Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings through to permanence.
* Serve as a lead practitioner, taking on responsibilities that require collaboration with other social workers to ensure comprehensive care.
* Utilize your expertise in analysing and integrating information from multiple sources to inform effective decision-making.
* Conduct assessments and develop plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
* Engage with families, providing support and guidance to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Requirements:
* You must hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a car.
* A clean DBS check is required to ensure the highest standards of care.
* Office-based work during duty weeks with hybrid flexibility, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance during non-duty weeks.
