Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced fashion brand, is looking for an experienced Area Manager to drive performance, elevate customer engagement, and uphold brand standards across their retail network.

This role is ideal for an Area Manager or Multi-Site Manager who is looking to progress their career within a dynamic, growing high-performing and fast paced retail environment.
You will ideally be based within a commutable distance to London.

£50000 - £65000 plus bonus and package OTE-£70000

The ideal candidate will have:
* Solid experience as a Junior Area Manager or Multi-Site Manager (responsible for 4+ stores) within a fashion, lifestyle or jewellery brand
* A proven track record of managing multiple stores or regions.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive business performance.
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to meet the demands of a multi-site retail role.
