What You'll Be Doing
* Keeping the electronic rota system up to date with accurate staff schedules and care documentation
* Ensuring colleagues and managers are informed about shift patterns and any changes
* Responding promptly to rota queries, balancing service needs with colleague wellbeing
* Making timely adjustments to cover absences and maintain safe staffing levels
* Monitoring, collating, and processing timesheets for payroll
* Providing professional administration and reception support to the home
* Building positive relationships with colleagues, residents, and visitors
