What you'll be doing:
As a Trainee Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to learn the ropes across air conditioning and refrigeration systems. From installation and maintenance to diagnostics and repair, you'll build your technical knowledge from the ground up with full training every step of the way.
Your day-to-day might include:
* Assisting with the installation, servicing and repair of commercial cooling systems
* Learning how to diagnose faults and find practical, effective solutions
* Supporting planned maintenance work on-site with a senior engineer
* Taking part in ongoing training and development sessions to build your skillset
