Amazon is seeking an Account Management executive for its DSP Program team. The person will be responsible for working on multiple charters within the DSP program, such as compliance, VAS, partner profitability, MOT and Block mix at stations, reporting mechanisms, tracking partner review AIs, monitoring daily performance metrics, and publishing reports. The role reports to the Business Coach / Sr. Business Coach.
The ideal candidate should have ownership qualities, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, be proficient in Excel, possess strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify improvement areas, and have good oral and written communication skills. Travel across multiple stations may be required based on Business Coach directives and operational needs.
Skills:
* Proficiency in verbal & written communication
* Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders
* Operations/field experience preferred
* Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook
* Ability to analyze large data sets and identify patterns
* Decision-making skills based on guidelines and in ambiguous situations
Loop competencies:
* Quantitative/data analytical skills
* Deep dive analysis
Basic qualifications:
* Graduation in any discipline
* 1-5 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, stakeholder management
* Last mile operations experience is an advantage
Key responsibilities:
* Support BC in tracking DOT metrics and identifying defaulting DSP partners
* Monitor partner profitability metrics and highlight actionable insights
* Minimize NL losses by coordinating with station teams and BC
* Track DSP support hub actions and escalate issues
* Deep dive into network health scores and escalate persistent issues
* Follow-up on DSP review actions and escalate as needed
* Assist in onboarding new partners, tracking compliance, and resolving disputes
* Schedule EV vendor meetings to meet sustainability goals
* Share daily DSP performance reports and ensure timely submission of BG
* Monitor document and license readiness for new DSP partners
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree
* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in operational roles
