About the Role As the Regional Resourcing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the recruitment and coordination of plant operators within the Midlands region. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that all plant operators are fully compliant, competent, and operating in line with industry safety standards. You will work closely with internal hire teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment to meet the staffing needs of the business.
