Luxoft is working on an ADAS Domain Controller project for a prestigious OEM, working closely with the OEM teams to deliver next-generation Platform solutions based on AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive, and QNX working together as a system interacting with a host of cameras, ultrasound sensors, internal and external Radars.
At Luxoft we are looking for experienced team members who deliver quality and expert support by being involved in AUTOSAR Classic Platform Configuration, Integration, and Release Management willing to take full responsibility for the deliverables and willing to support our customer in the development of the next generation system.
The ideal candidate needs to have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution. You should be a gritty problem solver, never give up attitude and self-starter who can think of out-of-box solution. The successful candidate will be a team player, and display a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to the Client's changing needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and maintain the overall system and software architecture spanning high-performance SoC domains (perception, fusion, planning) and safety MCU domains (supervision, actuation, diagnostics).
* Specify function partitioning, interface contracts (Ethernet/SOME/IP, SPI/CAN, shared memory, health monitoring), and integration strategies between compute-intensive and safety-critical components.
* Design Adaptive AUTOSAR architecture on high-performance RTOS partitions, including service-oriented communication (ARA services, SOME/IP/DoIP), diagnostics, logging, updates, and ADAS stack integration.
* Architect Classic AUTOSAR platform on safety MCUs (BSW modules, MCAL, COM/Diagnostics stacks, safety mechanisms) and vehicle network integration.
* Define OS/hypervisor partitioning for mixed-criticality (safety/non-safety domains), boot sequences, BSP integration, and resource management across multi-core architectures.
* Establish safety (ISO 26262 ASIL allocation, FTTI, decomposition) and cybersecurity (ISO 21434 secure boot/comms) concepts, collaborating with system engineering teams.
* Own non-functional requirements (performance/latency budgets, memory/bandwidth, startup/reliability KPIs) and enforce architectural guardrails.
* Lead technical governance: design/code reviews, change approvals, PoCs for complex integrations, and reference implementations for platform scalability.
* Translate customer/system requirements into platform specs, epics, and architecture artifacts (diagrams, deployment views, interface specs, safety/security analyses).
* Coordinate cross-team integration (BSW, Adaptive platform, ADAS stack, test/DevOps) and represent platform architecture in customer/OEM/supplier discussions.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
* 10+ years in embedded automotive software, with proven platform architecture experience.
* Deep expertise in Classic AUTOSAR (BSW/RTE configuration, MCAL, safety MCUs) and Adaptive AUTOSAR (ARA services, POSIX/QNX on multi-core SoCs).
* Experience architecting ADAS/automated driving platforms with high-performance compute SoCs and integrated safety supervision.
* Strong knowledge of automotive comms (Ethernet/SOME/IP, CAN/LIN/UDS) and in-vehicle diagnostics.
* Proven track record in ISO 26262 (ASIL B-D), ISO 21434, and ASPICE processes.
* Excellent leadership skills for multi-team technical coordination and stakeholder influence
