Your influence will help enhance both patient andstaff experience, driving improved outcomes and ensuring effective,multidisciplinary care across services.

This is a fixed term post to provide cover for absence for specificpurpose that we anticipate will be required for 6 months. We reserve the right to end this contractsooner with appropriate notice.
Main duties of the job
Act as a role model to colleagues, always seeking to maintain thehighest standards of professionalism.
Lead on professional leadership for Allied Health Professionalsacross the organisation.
Lead on the delivery, monitoring and adherence of professionalstandards and processes for Allied Health Professionals across theorganisation.
Promote and ensure high standards of care provision in line withnational and local policy, statutory requirements, professional practice andworkforce requirements across the Trust.
Represent the organisation at regional and national levels on AlliedHealth Professional matters.
Other key roles will depend on working hours and your previousexperience and skill set.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse.
* A range of professional qualifications in clinical practice.
* Masters degree or equivalent.
* Evidence of up to date personal and professional development.
* I understand that I will be asked to provide original certificates to verify my qualifications at point of offer.
Knowledge
* Highly developed knowledge of current AHP practice.
* Robust understanding of EDI and impact on health inequalities.
Additional Criteria
* Put patient care at the heart of the work you do to improve health care outcomes and service delivery.
* Encourage others to develop themselves and the service through improvement, innovation and continuous development.
Experience
* Significant experience at a senior management level involving working with corporate directors, NHS Boards, and senior managers.
* Experience of developing, leading and implementing significant and priority projects across a whole organisation.
* Demonstrates the energy and ability to manage the complexity of tasks.
* Demonstrates the emotional intelligence and stamina necessary to achieve goals in a complex environment.
* Experience of effective and collaborative working across a range of clinical and service areas, including mental health.
* Experience of applying a range of leadership and management strategies.
* Experience of leading and developing change.
* Experience of partnership working, decision making, negotiation and conflict resolution.
