Head Veterinary Surgeon
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead a well-established and forward-thinking veterinary team in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician to take on a leadership role, driving clinical standards and supporting the ongoing development of the team.
The successful candidate will play a key role within the practice’s management structure, combining strong clinical expertise with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care. You will be responsible for mentoring and inspiring colleagues, promoting best practice, and contributing to a clear strategic vision focused on high-quality, evidence-based veterinary care.
The Role
* Leadership position within a modern veterinary practice
* Responsibility for maintaining and improving clinical standards
* Coaching and developing the wider veterinary and support team
* Delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
Working Pattern
* 4 days per week
* 1 in 4 weekends
* No out-of-hours requirements
* On-call support required for any overnight inpatients
