Regional Security Manager Location: Field-based across the UK (home-based or local store). Role Purpose: The Regional Security Manager is responsible for leading all shrink reduction, security, and risk management activities across a designated region. The role focuses on protecting people, assets, stock, and company reputation through effective loss prevention strategies, investigations, security operations management, and cross-functional collaboration.
